We’ve already known how beneficial sex can be to individuals in general, but what’s in it for men? We know, of course, that men really don’t need any reason to get intimate – but just in case you want more reasons to justify your insatiable desire for pleasure… read on!
Kegels? Aren’t they for Women?
Well, men can use Kegel exercises too! Pelvic floor muscles are worked & tightened during sex, and here’s the real good news: Kegels can help men achieve stronger erections and gain greater control over ejaculation. In fact, research have shown that more muscular control of the pelvis offers significant benefits for premature ejaculation!
Prostate Cancer? No way!

Research has shown that frequent ejaculations, especially in 20-something men, may reduce the risk of prostate cancer later in life.
Australian researchers found men who had 5 or more ejaculations weekly while in their 20s reduced their risk of getting prostate cancer later by a third.
Another study, reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association, found that frequent ejaculations, 21 or more a month, were linked to lower prostate cancer risk in older men, as well, compared with less frequent ejaculations of 4 to 7 monthly.
Want to be VERY STRONG & VERY MANLY?

Sex also boosts production of testosterone, which leads to stronger bones and muscles – and less effort needed at the gym!

“So dudes… no shame about wanting & having it too often, huh?”
